- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
Method
- Lightly toss beef with garlic salt, pepper, salt, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
- Press meat against sides and bottom of an 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
- Spread tomato sauce over top surface.
- Sprinkle with a little onion, oregano, red pepper and cheese.
- Cook at 70% power for 8 to 10 minutes.
