Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mustard

Method

  • Lightly toss beef with garlic salt, pepper, salt, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
  • Press meat against sides and bottom of an 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
  • Spread tomato sauce over top surface.
  • Sprinkle with a little onion, oregano, red pepper and cheese.
  • Cook at 70% power for 8 to 10 minutes.
