Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
  • 3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Method

  • Brown ground chuck.
  • Drain and stir in sauce, onions, seasonings and salt.
  • Cook over low heat for 5 minutes while stirring.
  • Place each biscuit in a greased muffin tin, pressing out to cover bottom and sides.
  • Spoon in meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
