Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
- 3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Method
- Brown ground chuck.
- Drain and stir in sauce, onions, seasonings and salt.
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Place each biscuit in a greased muffin tin, pressing out to cover bottom and sides.
- Spoon in meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
