Ingredients
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast (dry)
- 3 c. flour (reserve 1 c. flour to work into dough)
Method
- Preheat oven.
- Mix water and yeast.
- Add flour; stir.
- Roll and knead until not sticky.
- Spread out on pizza pan.
- Add topping.
- Bake 15 minutes at 450°.
