Ingredients
- 3 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 or 6 c. flour (or more if needed)
Method
- Dissolve dry yeast in warm water; add sugar, salt and oil. Add flour until dough thickens.
- Add flour so dough is soft, but not sticky.
- Let rise to double.
- Pan out onto 2 cookie sheets. Top with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings.
- Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until bottom is brown.
- Then top with Mozzarella cheese.
- Return to oven and bake about 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
