Ingredients

  • 3 c. warm water
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 5 or 6 c. flour (or more if needed)

Method

  • Dissolve dry yeast in warm water; add sugar, salt and oil. Add flour until dough thickens.
  • Add flour so dough is soft, but not sticky.
  • Let rise to double.
  • Pan out onto 2 cookie sheets. Top with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings.
  • Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until bottom is brown.
  • Then top with Mozzarella cheese.
  • Return to oven and bake about 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
