Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 pt. tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. instant minced onions
  • 1/4 lb. grated mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Layer macaroni and cheddar cheese in 2 qt. baking dish until all ingredients are used.
  • Combine tomatoes and seasonings in bowl; mix well.
  • Pour tomato mixture over macaroni and cheese.
  • Bake covered at 400° for 45 minutes.
  • Add mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 15 minutes longer.
