Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese grated
- 1 pt. tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. instant minced onions
- 1/4 lb. grated mozzarella cheese
Method
- Layer macaroni and cheddar cheese in 2 qt. baking dish until all ingredients are used.
- Combine tomatoes and seasonings in bowl; mix well.
- Pour tomato mixture over macaroni and cheese.
- Bake covered at 400° for 45 minutes.
- Add mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes longer.
