Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 green peppers, diced
  • 9 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 lb. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 (28 oz.) jar pizza sauce

Method

  • Boil spaghetti for 9 minutes; drain.
  • Add milk and beaten eggs; mix well.
  • Put into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Brown ground beef until crumbly; drain and place on top of spaghetti.
  • Pour pizza sauce on top of ground beef.
  • Layer onion slices, pepper slices, mushrooms and pepperoni.
  • Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
