Ingredients
- 6 None pita breads, cut into wedges
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1 can (15 oz) lima beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place pita pieces on baking pans. Bake for 8 mins, or until lightly browned.
- Blend or process garlic, parsley, beans and cumin until combined. With motor running, add oil in a thin stream until mixture is smooth. Serve with pita crisps.
