Ingredients
- sugar-free or regular pistachio pudding
- small (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- mini marshmallows
- 8 oz. Cool Whip (regular or light)
Method
- Place pudding and pineapple with juice in bowl. Stir together. Add marshmallows (approximately 1 cup).
- Then fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate before serving.
