Ingredients
- 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. Dream Whip
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. pecans
Method
- Combine Jell-O and pineapple in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Cool.
- Fold in Dream Whip, cottage cheese and pecans.
- Place in 1-quart mold and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
