Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup country crock spread
  • 1/2 cup skippy natural creamy peanut butter spread
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°. In small bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  • 2. In large bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, beat Spread and Skippy(R) Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread until smooth. Beat in sugars, then egg and vanilla until blended. Beat in flour mixture just until blended.
  • 3. On ungreased baking sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart.
  • 4. Bake 13 minutes or until golden. Remove cookies to wire rack and cool completely.
