Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 Oz Package) Cream Chesse
  • 4 cups Confectioners Sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 12 ounces, weight White Chocolate, Chopped
  • Pink Food Coloring Gel
  • Red Food Coloring Gel

Method

  • 1. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish. Set aside.
  • 2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • 3. In the top of a double boiler over lightly simmering water, heat white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • 4. Fold melted white chocolate into cream cheese mixture and separate into two different bowls. Add red food coloring gel to half the fudge and pink food coloring gel to the other half. Use the amount needed to reach your desired shade. Spread the red colored fudge into the prepared baking dish and chill for 20 minutes. Remove from fridge and spread pink fudge over the top of the red fudge. Chill for one hour then cut into 1 inch squares.
