Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. water (for each egg white)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (for each egg white)
- pinch of baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Method
- Beat egg whites, water, baking powder and salt until frothy. Add sugar gradually until meringue stands in peaks.
- Stir in vanilla.
