Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 egg whites
Method
- Dissolve jello and sugar in 1 cup hot water, then add 1 cup cold water.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate for about 1 1/2 hours.
- When softly jelled, remove and beat in large bowl of electric mixer on high speed for about 5 minutes or until mixture is liquidy.
- Beat egg whites in small bowl until peaks are formed, then add to jello mixture and blend well.
- Place in refrigerator to set (about 2 hours).
