Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- graham cracker crust
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 2 c. fresh blueberries
Method
- Spread cream cheese in bottom of graham cracker crust.
- Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until thickened.
- Add lemon flavoring and blueberries.
- Cool slightly before putting mixture on top of cream cheese.
- Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
