Ingredients
- 1 lb. miniature marshmallows
- 1 large can chunk pineapple
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. nuts
Method
- Drain pineapple.
- Bring juice to boil.
- Mix sugar, flour, beaten eggs and 1 cup water.
- Place on stove.
- Stir in boiling pineapple juice.
- Cook until thick.
- Pour over pineapple chunks. When cool, add marshmallows.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
