Ingredients
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 2 eggs, beaten lightly
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
Method
- Heat juice and add a little to eggs.
- Then add remainder.
- Mix sugar, flour and salt together and moisten to a smooth paste with juice mixture.
- Add to juice.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the consistency of custard.
- Cool.
- Fold into fruit.
