Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1 env. unflavored Knox gelatin
  • 3/4 c. cool water
  • 1 (10 ounce.) Cold Whip
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Method

  • Combine sugar and liquid removed pineapple in saucepan; bring to boil.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Dissolve gelatin in pineapple juice and sufficient cool water to equal the 3/4 c.. Add in to pineapple mix; cold.
  • Beat Cold Whip and cream cheese, add in to cooled pineapple mix.
  • Beat slowly - pour into mold.
  • Gels quickly.
