Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix (with pudding)
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- flaked coconut
Method
- Mix and bake cake as directed on package. When cake is baked, poke holes in cake with toothpick.
- Pour crushed pineapple with juice over warm cake and spread evenly.
- Mix vanilla pudding as directed on package and add cream cheese.
- Mix until smooth and spread over cake. Layer Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle heavily with coconut.
