Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix (with pudding)
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • flaked coconut

Method

  • Mix and bake cake as directed on package. When cake is baked, poke holes in cake with toothpick.
  • Pour crushed pineapple with juice over warm cake and spread evenly.
  • Mix vanilla pudding as directed on package and add cream cheese.
  • Mix until smooth and spread over cake. Layer Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle heavily with coconut.
