Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy and smooth. Add mayonnaise; blend well.
- Fold in pineapple and nuts.
- Chill several hours and serve with crackers (Wheat Thins).
