Ingredients
- 3 whole eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
Method
- Melt butter.
- Mix with sugar, flour and cornmeal.
- Add pineapple and coconut.
- Pour into unbaked 9-inch crust.
- Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
