Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1/4 c. shredded coconut
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 c. melted oleo
Method
- Beat eggs slightly.
- Add all other ingredients and blend. Fold into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
- Bake in a slow oven at 300° for 45 to 60 minutes or until set.
