Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 qt. canned crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1-1/2 cups white wine vinegar
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup GRAVY MASTER Seasoning and Browning Sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
  • 24 each bone-in chicken breast halves (1/2 lb. each)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except chicken in saucepan.
  • Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Simmer on low heat 5 min.
  • or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
  • Remove 1/3 of the pineapple mixture for brushing onto the chicken as it cooks.
  • Keep remaining pineapple mixture warm for serving with the cooked chicken.
  • Grill chicken on medium heat 30 min.
  • or until done (165 degrees F), turning occasionally and brushing with the removed pineapple mixture the last 10 min.
  • Serve chicken topped with the remaining pineapple mixture.
