Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed, drained pineapple
- 1/3 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix well together.
- Cover and chill several hours. Serve with crackers.
- Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups.
- Can be made into a ball and rolled in additional pecans.
