Ingredients
- 12 ounces, weight Tri-colored Pasta
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1 whole Red Pepper, Chopped
- Catalina Dressing, To Taste
Method
- 1. Cook and cool the pasta.
- 2. Chop the peppers.
- 3. Mix the peppers and the pasta together.
- 4. Add dressing to taste. (The dressing should coat the pasta and peppers but not be soup-y. It's best to try it as you add.)
