Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients (except 1/4 cup pecans) and refrigerate overnight.
- Form into one large ball or 2 small ones and roll balls in chopped pecans.
- Serve with crackers or Triscuits.
