Ingredients
- 2 - 20 ounce cans pineapple chunks or tidbits (drained)
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 stack Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Place drained pineapple in a greased casserole dish.
- Combine flour and sugar; spread over pineapple.
- Spread cheese on top. Crush crackers and spread over mixture.
- Melt margarine and pour over crackers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes, until bubbly and crackers are brown.
- Serve warm.
