Ingredients
- 2 medium cans chunky pineapple
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Empty one can pineapple and juice into casserole.
- Drain juice from remaining can and discard and empty pineapple in casserole. Add sugar and flour; stir.
- Melt butter and mix with Ritz crackers.
- Sprinkle on top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
