Ingredients
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 5 Tbsp. plain flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick melted margarine
Method
- Place pineapple in a casserole dish.
- Cover with, in order, a layer of flour, then sugar, then grated cheese, then crushed crackers.
- Pour melted margarine over the layers.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
