Ingredients
- 2 (20 oz.) cans chunk unsweetened pineapple, drained
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Method
- Grease a large ovenproof bowl.
- Pour the pineapple into the prepared bowl.
- Combine the sugar and flour and sprinkle over the pineapple.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pineapple, then the cracker crumbs.
- Pour the butter over the top.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
