- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 (3 oz.) vanilla pudding
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. fruit juice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. sugar
Method
- Mix first 7 ingredients.
- Beat 5 minutes and pour in 10-inch pan.
- Drain sliced peaches.
- Place fruit over batter (save juice). Mix for 2 minutes cream cheese, 4 tablespoons fruit juice and 1/2 cup sugar.
- Spoon over fruit and batter.
- Keep 1/2-inch from edge. Mix cinnamon and 1 teaspoon sugar.
- Sprinkle over cake.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
- Cake will not look done.
