Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1 c. walnut pieces
- 2 tsp. soda
Method
- Beat eggs and sugar by hand.
- Add flour and soda to mixture. Add crushed pineapple and beat well.
- Add nuts and beat well again.
- Bake in 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan 40 to 45 minutes.
- Bake at 350°.
- Cool and refrigerate.
- Powdered sugar frosting may be used when the cake is cool.
