Ingredients
- 1 large pineapple, peeled, cored & cubed
- 4 lbs apricots, pitted and quartered
- 1 cup hot water
- 5 cups sugar
Method
- Add water to sugar in stainless steel pan.
- Bring syrup to the boiling point.
- Add prepared pineapple to syrup and cook over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drop in apricots and boil 7 minutes, or until tender.
- Have hot jars ready.
- Fill them with conserve, close and process.
