Ingredients
- 1 lb. processed yellow cheese (Velveeta)
- 1/2 c. milk or cream
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/16 tsp. red pepper
- 1 can pimientos and juice (4 oz.)
Method
- Cut cheese into 1-inch cubes and melt slowly in double boiler with milk or cream.
- Heat slowly for 30 minutes and then stir well.
- Continue over very low heat until all cheese has completely melted.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, red pepper and pimientos with juice.
- Mix well and store in refrigerator.
- (Melting of the cheese with the milk or cream in it can be done in the microwave.)
