Ingredients
- thin breakfast steaks
- bacon slices
- onion slices
- 8 oz. beef bouillon
- 1 can mushrooms
Method
- Wrap each breakfast steak (very thin) around a slice of bacon and a slice of onion.
- Secure with toothpick.
- Pour beef bouillon over.
- Cook in crock-pot or simmer over low heat until steaks are fork-tender.
- Thicken gravy and add mushrooms.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
