Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding

Method

  • Beat first 4 ingredients together and pour into lightly greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Pour pineapple juice over cake while still warm.
  • Cool and remove from pan. Mix crushed pineapple, Cool Whip and pudding together. Spread on cooled cake.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
