Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3/4 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
Method
- Beat first 4 ingredients together and pour into lightly greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Pour pineapple juice over cake while still warm.
- Cool and remove from pan. Mix crushed pineapple, Cool Whip and pudding together. Spread on cooled cake.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
