Ingredients
- 1 large bag egg noodles, cooked
- 5 to 6 medium potatoes, mashed
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Method
- Melt margarine; add onions and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Do not let get brown.
- Mix noodles, margarine and onions.
- Layer in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish, 1/2 noodles, 1 cup of each cheese, all the potatoes, rest of noodles and cheeses.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
- Let set for 5 minutes and serve.
