Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- 2/3 c. Crisco
- 2/3 c. very cold water
Method
- Blend Crisco with flour until mixture looks like peas.
- Make a "well" with spoon.
- Add the cold water at one time.
- Stir to form a soft ball of dough.
- Roll out on floured area.
- Grease pans, place dough and crimp edges.
- Will make 2 pies.
