Ingredients
- 6 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. shortening
- 10 Tbsp. water (cold)
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Sift flour and salt together.
- Cut in shortening, then add water, vinegar, eggs and sugar.
- Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
- This is enough mix to make 3 (8-inch) double crust pies.
