Ingredients
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Add milk and boiling water to shortening.
- Whip until mixture is creamed.
- Add flour and salt.
- Mix until mixture clings together. Divide into 2 parts. Roll crusts, one at a time, between 2 pieces of wax paper.
- Bake at 475° for 8 to 10 minutes.
