Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
Method
- With a fork, mix flour, shortening, salt and sugar.
- Separately beat remaining ingredients, then combine, stirring with a fork until all is moistened.
- Mold into five balls and chill at least 15 minutes before rolling.
- Can be refrigerated for 3 days or frozen. Makes 2 (9-inch) double crusts and 1 (9-inch) shell.
