Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
Method
- Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
- Combine pecans and coconut and put in bottom of pan.
- Mix cake mix according to directions on package and pour over pecan and coconut mixture.
- Melt in saucepan 1 stick of butter.
- Add cream cheese and powdered sugar; heat until mixed thoroughly.
- Pour over top of cake batter.
- Bake at 325° for about 40 minutes.
