Ingredients
- 6 c. water
- 2 c. (1 lb.) lard
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
- ice water
Method
- Mix together first three ingredients.
- In 1-cup measure, put the vinegar and egg; beat slightly.
- Fill cup with ice water. Pour over first mixture and blend to make a soft dough.
- Makes 4 double crusts.
