Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- Blend together flour, salt and shortening.
- Mix egg, water and vinegar.
- Pour all at once into flour mixture.
- Roll between waxed paper.
- Makes 2 to 3 crusts.
- May be frozen.
