Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice in bowl.
- Spoon into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Combine ground beef, eggs, salt and pepper in bowl.
- Mix well.
- Shape into miniature meatballs.
- Add to mixture in pan.
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer.
- Transfer to chafing dish. Serve hot with wooden picks.
- Yield:
- 40 servings.
