Ingredients
- 1 gal. sour cucumbers (store bought)
- sugar
- pickling spice
- mustard seed
- garlic button
Method
- Drain cucumbers; cut into slices.
- Place 1/2 in jar and pour 2 1/2 pounds sugar over.
- Add 1 teaspoon pickling spice, 1/2 teaspoon
- mustard
- seed and 1 garlic button.
- Add rest of cucumbers
- and repeat.
- Let stand 5 days.
- After 3rd day, stir with wooden spoon (use nothing metal).
