Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
- 3 1/2 c. bread, broken into cube-like pcs
Method
- Heat butter and combine with beaten Large eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and lowfat milk.
- Mix and pour over bread.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
- Serve warm or possibly cool.
