Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 4 carrots
- 2 green peppers
- 1 bunch white radishes
- 3 qt. water (for blanching)
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
Method
- Place water in saucepan and bring to a vigorous boil.
- Add vegetables to water and turn off heat.
- Let vegetables stay in water 2 minutes.
- Drain off water and spread vegetables out to dry.
