Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. shrimp
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt (garlic)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 c. Italian seasoning
- Tabasco (if desired)
Method
- Saute shrimp, but do not over cook.
- Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic salt, onion, Italian seasoning and Tabasco, if desired.
- Add shrimp; chill and serve.
