Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1/2 roll garlic cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sliced almonds

Method

  • Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  • Place in buttered casserole.
  • In top of double boiler, mix the mushroom soup, mushrooms, grated onion, garlic cheese and sour cream, mixing and heating well.
  • Pour over broccoli.
  • Top with bread crumbs and almonds.
  • Bake in a 350° oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
