Ingredients
- 2 lb. brown sugar
- 2 c. dark vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
- 4 qt. peeled peaches
- 1 stick cinnamon
Method
- Boil sugar and vinegar 20 minutes.
- Place a few peaches at a time in syrup.
- Cook until tender.
- Pack into sterilized jars. When jars are full, fill with juice to cover.
- Seal jars immediately.
